Ametrum

Terms of Service

Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Rimevo Soft ("we", "us"), the maker of Ametrum. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

1. What Ametrum is

Ametrum is a personal finance app for recording and organising your own money: accounts, spending, income, budgets, debts, investments and net worth. You enter your data yourself, or confirm what the app reads from your bank's notifications. Ametrum doesn't connect to your bank, move money, or make payments.

2. Not financial advice

Ametrum is a record-keeping tool. Nothing in it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Decisions about your money are yours. For advice, speak to a qualified professional.

3. Accuracy

Totals and balances in Ametrum are only as accurate as the records you enter and confirm. Exchange rates and investment prices come from third-party sources and can be delayed, missing or wrong. Check anything important against your bank or broker.

4. Your account

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Ametrum to break the law, to attack, overload or probe our servers, or to access another person's account or data. Don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

6. Your data

Your records belong to you. You allow us to store, process and sync them only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can ask for a copy or delete your account at any time.

7. Price and paid plans

Ametrum is free while it's in testing. If we introduce paid plans, we'll show the price and what it includes in the app before you pay anything. Payments are processed by Google Play, under Google Play's terms, including its refund rules. Your rights under consumer law aren't affected.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Ametrum running and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever shut Ametrum down, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice and a way to get a copy of your data.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Ametrum and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Unless it's urgent or the law prevents it, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to get a copy of your data.

10. Liability

Ametrum is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on what the app shows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep every right your local consumer law gives you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

12. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.
